We have taken our awesome Brigantine bodice and given it a twist for those ladies who want to crop it up! Perfect for belly dancers, fairies and fantasy characters, it also works fabulously for pregnant ladies who want to have great cleavage without pressure on the belleh! And yes, it's been field tested for this very purpose.

Because of the sweetheart neckline, you'll find cleavage you never thought you had. Extra busty ladies please email me before purchasing. We may need to customize it to fit you better. 

This is a completely original Odd Bodkin design. It works great as a base for all sorts of fantasy and belly dancing costumes to add charms, coins, trim and such too. Use your imagination and go crazy! Because this is cropped, you should feel comfortable with a lot of exposed skin. This will support the bust and shape the back, but only comes down about 4" on the sides so keep that in mind.

  • Closed shoulders & 1.5" collar. 
  • Sweetheart neckline. 
  • 4 pieces of 1/2" flat steel boning. 
  • Seams finished with your choice of bias tape then double top-stitched.
  • Lined with heavy canvas.
  • Bone casings sewn on inside of lining to prevent boning from damaging bodice fabric. 
  • Extremely adjustable, comfortable and uninhibiting. 
  • Comes with a flattering ducktail with no boning in the back.
  • Our newest option is to have our Regular Standing Collar, No Collar, or our new Flipped Collar.

    • Accent Fabric Info

  • "Accents" are extra pieces of fabric added to the garment. They include collars, shoulder caps, split caps, skirting, picadills, stomachers and others.

  • If you don't want to have accents on your garb, select "None".

  • If you want the entire garment including Accents made of the fabric you chose above, select "Same".

  • If you want a complimentary fabric used, view your options on our swatch page and select the fabric of your choice.

  • This is also the fabric you'll use for the collar, so if you decide to get no other accents but want the collar in a different fabric, choose it here. Enter notes to clarify below.

  • Choose "Sending Fabric" if you have the fabric you want already and will be mailing it.

  • Choose "Still Deciding" if you have ordered swatches and will choose your fabric once you get them.

  • Solid shoulder caps are small, crescent shaped epaulets sewn onto the shoulder.
