Alterations

Many of our items have customizations that you can make for free such as size, grommet color, fabric color.

If your size falls outside of our regular sizing chart, there is an additional $20 customization fee for a CUSTOM bodice, made to your measurements. Most customers fall within the range of our charts, but it's never a bad idea to measure yourself first.

Please email us your choices when you send payment so that we can start on your item right away. If you have any confusion about what choices you can make or want a recommendation from us about the correct size for you, feel free to email or call.

Minor alterations not mentioned can be made for an additional fee. Email us if you have a specific request *before* you bid.

Shipping

Insurance is always optional but recommended!

The price of shipping is actual USPS shipping costs as determined by distance, estimated weight and a small handling fee that I charge. The handling fee pays for associated costs with shipping as well as time. The goal is to lower the costs of shipping for all of our customers across the board.

Combined shipping on these items will be determined by weight and distance and will have the handling fee reduced accordingly. Alternately, we may combine your order using the following formula: First item is $8 with each item after that $2 at our discretion. There will be no refunds on shipping.

If you live in the Dayton area, you can also pick up the item at the store. There is a $3 fee for handling. You must contact us by email or phone if you want to use this method. We will then notify you when your item is available for pick up.

Ohio Residents add 7% tax on auction price.

eBay has been very helpful in streamlining shipping costs to international buyers. With their handy shipping tool, you can also know exactly how much you will pay for shipping before making a bid. Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions about shipping price or times.

If international shipping is not listed as an option to your country, email me for a shipping quote.

All customs forms will be filled out with accurate information listing the contents as merchandise with the final auction price noted as the value. You may be required to pay duties or other taxes on your purchase when it enters your country. Please check the laws in your area for the particulars.

Payments

Payments can be made by:

• Money Order/Cashier's Check
• Personal Check
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express (over the phone)

Allow 5 business days for checks and money orders to clear after they are received. Please email us within 3 days of auction ending to inform us of your payment method and shipping address.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only occur in cases where the article was misrepresented in some way. For example: You bought a bodice made of Red Rio Brocade and we no longer have enough of that fabric to make you a bodice, and you do not want to pick another fabric.

Please take measurements carefully and contact us if there are any questions. Because all items are made to order, sales are final. However, we love our customers and work with them in case of any problem. Paying return shipping both ways is your responsibility unless we have made an error.

All items are made in the USA in a smoke and pet-free environment.
